Phillip Kendall LCSW-C

Phillip Kendall, MSW, LCSW-C is Co-Founder and COO of Alliance Wellness Solutions. He is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health.

Phillip works with clients suffering from Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and other mental health illnesses. In addition, he specializes in group therapy, family therapy, and couple's therapy.

Jennifer Lisa PMHNP-BC

Jennifer Lisa is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the psychology field, including crisis intervention.  She has a deep commitment to providing compassionate and evidence-based care. 

 

Jennifer earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland. After recognizing the growing mental health challenges, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jennifer returned to school at Walden University to obtain her Master’s of Nursing degree and become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Today, she specializes in treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and ADD/ADHD, with a particular passion for women's health, especially during perimenopause/menopause.

 

Jennifer takes a collaborative approach, working closely with her clients and healthcare team to provide the best possible care. She believes that the client is the most important member of the team and helps them realize their goals of living their best lives through a combination of medication management, therapeutic interventions, supportive therapy, mindfulness, and holistic care.

 

When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and three cats, traveling, and hiking.

Amanda Dinges PMHNP-BC

Amanda is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience in NICU and Postpartum specialties. During that time, she gained insight into emotional challenges faced by patients and families, inspiring her to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing focused on women’s health, perinatal mental health, and NICU support.

 

Today, she specializes in treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and ADD/ADHD. 

 

 Amanda is dedicated to patient-centered care, empowering patients to engage in their treatment. She strives to foster a safe, supportive environment, ensuring communication and education at the root of the care she provides. Amanda collaborates closely with her clients and other members of each client's medical team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. She values supporting her clients and walking alongside each of them through their mental healthcare journey.

Diana Turner MS, ATR-BC, LCPAT

 

I’m a licensed and board certified art therapist who has worked with all populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with most of my experience being with older adults/geriatric population. I’ve also worked with all diagnoses and symptoms, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, and schizophrenia. I have a background versed in group and individual therapy with a person-centered approach and can engage both verbally and nonverbal using the creative arts. My goal is for you to see your potential to thrive in order for you to improve your daily functioning. I’m also big on self-care and believe in creating a safe and positive environment that caters to your interest and needs while best addressing your reasons for seeking support. 

 

I’m originally from New Jersey and during my free time I enjoy music (all genres, but I prefer Neo Soul, Rock, and Motown), Japanese anime, exercising, and food.

Angela Livingston, LGPC 

 

Angie is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with primary focus on working with adults who experience mood and anxiety disorders. Angie has experience working with modalities including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). When working with clients, Angie aims to understand all unique aspects of each client and then engage in an eclectic approach that best meets the therapeutic goals from the client. When she is not working, you can find her with a book or on the ski slopes.

Camille Smith, LGPC

 

Camille Smith is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who provides trauma-informed, person-centered therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, with a special emphasis on mental health for women of color. With more than 20 years of experience in community-based human services, she brings a steady, compassionate presence to the therapeutic relationship and prioritizes creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, understood and empowered.

Her holistic and integrative approach considers the whole person: mind, body, relationships, culture, and spirituality. Her approach draws on various treatment modalities to align with each client’s specific values and goals. Camille collaborates closely with her clients to develop practical tools for healing, resilience, and meaningful change. Camille is creative and strategic in her approach of using evidence-based techniques, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative and Person-Centered therapies, to provide effective and engaging treatment for clients.

Ariel utilizes a person‑centered, empowering, and compassionate therapeutic approach. Her passion lies in supporting people from all walks of life as they strengthen their emotional, social, and mental well‑being. She believes deeply in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can rebuild, grow, and thrive.

Her academic background includes degrees from the University of Baltimore, Stevenson University, and a Master of Social Work from Morgan State University.

Ariel is dedicated to community impact, advocacy, and providing high‑quality, trauma‑informed care.

Sydney Hinnant, LGPC

 

Sydney Hinnant is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who obtained  her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from McDaniel College. She is passionate in supporting and collaborating with individuals through life’s transitions and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress. Sydney is grounded in person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. She believes that each person is the expert of their own story and brings unique life experiences. Sydney collaborates with clients to explore their experiences, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. Sydney is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space by showing empathy, curiosity, and culture sensitivity. Clients should feel they can be their authentic selves, as well as feel heard and understood.

Tori Lesko, LMSW
 

Tori is a Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive experience in the mental health field, having served a variety of populations since 2018. She is competent in behavioral health, performance, and individual counseling. Tori supports individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, performance anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Currently, she provides mental health therapy to college athletes, helping them navigate both performance-related stressors in their sport and challenges outside of athletics.
Passionate about her work, Tori provides the highest level of care to her clients.  Her holistic and person-centered approach allows her to bring a strong work ethic, empathy, and a genuine commitment to fostering meaningful connections with those she serves. Tori understands the importance of support during difficult times and strives to help her clients overcome obstacles and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
In her free time, Tori enjoys traveling, taking her husky for walks, coaching basketball, and enjoying quality moments with family and friends.
