Test of Variables of Attention
T.O.V.A for ADHD
A computerized assessment that measures attention, focus and self-control, giving objective data to support an ADHD diagnosis.
The Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.) is a computerized assessment that helps measure a person’s attention, focus, and self-control. Unlike questionnaires or opinion-based screenings, T.O.V.A. provides objective, scientific data about how the brain processes attention over time.
T.O.V.A. testing may be beneficial for:
- Children as young as 6 years old who struggle with focus, impulsivity, restlessness
- College students who find it hard to concentrate during lectures, study effectively, or manage deadlines.
- Working professionals who notice ongoing difficulties with organization, time management, emotional regulation or racing thoughts.
